DLC International Sdn. Bhd. was founded by Dato’ Lawrence Chiong and established as an education consulting service platform focusing on investment and corporate law. We provided training on Investment Holding Company (IHC), Shareholders’ Agreements, Basic Contract Law, Commercial Contracts, Will & Estate Planning, Trust Deed, by a team of lawyers led by experienced professional lawyer with more than 22 years of practical experiences. To date, more than 300 Masterclasses delivered, attracting over 3,000 attendees who have benefited from the masterclass.

DLC Trust International Ltd. was founded by Dato’ Lawrence Chiong in Labuan. The goal is clear and simple: Wealth protection and accumulation. We assist individuals in creating estate plans that offer peace of mind with maximized benefits, utilizing the jurisdiction's favorable regulatory environment and tax incentives.
